Flowker
Orchestration of financial workflows, before and after the ledger.
What it is
Flowker is Lerian's financial workflow orchestration platform. It automates the steps that happen before, during and after a transaction — anti-fraud, manual approvals, payment routing, onboarding — defined once and executed consistently, with full traceability.
Unlike generic workflow tools, Flowker is modelled for the transactional ecosystem and applies every validation before any entry reaches the ledger — preventing inconsistent states, operational errors and compliance breaches.
Capabilities
- Workflows and tasks (nodes): sequences that branch and recover from failures.
- DSL engine: define, validate and version workflows; transform data between steps.
- Conditional logic based on HTTP status and response fields.
- Integration through HTTP, webhooks, SDKs and pre-built connectors.
- Full audit trail with structured logs.
- Native observability: OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, Prometheus and Grafana.
When to use it
- Anti-fraud: send the transaction to external services and decide with configurable rules.
- Manual approvals: pause the workflow until a human validates, across multiple levels.
- Onboarding: KYC and AML with credit bureaus and conditional rules by risk profile.
On the platform
Orchestrates pre-ledger validations before the transaction reaches Midaz, and coordinates post-ledger flows. Composes with Tracer (the decision), Matcher (reconciliation) and the Brazil Rails (payments).
